Come and Try

Why not come and try, from rowing to badminton, rugby to archery and everything in between, there’s something for everyone to try no matter what your age.

All activities are suitable for all ages from 7years to adult with the following exceptions:

* Child Friendly Come and Try Events. (Please note that archery is only open to children aged 8 and above).

** Adult Only Come and Try Events. (17 years+). 

 

UCC Festival of Sport – Terms of Admission/Participation

Entrants to the UCC Festival of Sport shall do so at their own risk.

Participation in any sporting or other activity at the Festival will be at the participant’s own risk and University College Cork, Mardyke Leisure (UCC) DAC, their servants and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expense which a participant suffers or incurs as a result of participating in any such activity.

If a participant in an activity has any health problems or is unsure about physical ability to participate in an activity at the Festival, they should obtain advice from a doctor before participating.

Persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents or Guardians must remain with any persons aged 16 or under and take full responsibility for them throughout their attendance at the Festival.

The instructions of the stewards and organisers must be obeyed at all times.

Entrants and/or participants agree to comply with any further venue rules and regulations, including but not limited to those which are displayed at the Festival.
