Clubs exec Club Awards Application Forms

Forms are due on the 8th of March. Please be as detailed as possible in the Application Forms. Share the responsibility for filling the forms among your committee. Personal Awards may be filled out by the person themselves or a nominator. If you prefer to write your application in an alternative format e.g. word document you may also upload this using the Google Form. However your application must cover all of the sections outlined in the original form. For the mandatory fields you may write “please see attached” for simplicity. Awards will be presented at the annual Clubs and Socs Ball on 28th of March in Rochestown Park Hotel, with the exception of Team of the Year which will be presented at the Sports Star Awards.

Clubs shortlisted for Club of the Year, Most Improved Club of the Year, Competitive Event of the Year and Non-Competitive Event of the Year will be called to give a presentation to the Clubs Exec on why they should win the award.
Those who win the Personal Awards will be notified in advance of Clubs and Socs Ball and will receive a free Fulls Ticket. However this will be after ticket sales take place so those who did buy tickets will be reimbursed if requested.

There are no application for these awards but please make sure that your websites are up to scratch and that the exec are aware of your best photos and videos by using the hashtag #UCCSport
