The Clubs Executive Constitution, passed on the 11th April 2018.
The Clubs Executive Strategic Plan for all clubs for 2017 – 2020. The priority areas outlined in this document are participation, support services, professional development and performance.
Policies and Procedures
This handbook is a guide to club operations for club committees.
UCC Students representing UCC clubs in competitive fixtures and events are eligible to apply for a UCC Sports Absence Note. This note, confirms that a student is representing a UCC Sports Club at an event. It is at the discretion of lecturer/course coordinator as to whether this is an accepted excuse for absence of a lecture.
Staff and Graduates of UCC, as well as students in other third-level institutions in Cork, may apply for an associate membership for a club in UCC. Please see the form for further information.
Please complete this form in the case of a welfare incident occurring during a club activity.
This must be filled out by the 30th September and submitted to email@example.com each year.
The Club Trip Plan should be filled out and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org at least three weeks before a trip (five weeks before a foreign trip).
The Event Plan should be filled out and submitted to email@example.com at least three weeks before the event takes place.
This should be filled out within 2 weeks of the event taking place and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
Complete this form in the case of an accident and return it to the Department of Sport and Physical Activity within 7 days of injury. Required for insurance claims.
All coaches, paid or unpaid must fill out this form and return it to the Department of Sport and Physical activity as early as possible in the year.
